Ryan is currently in his junior year at Texas State University pursuing a Bachelors of Business Administration, and majoring in Finance with a Minor in Exercise and Sports Science. As a qualified T.H.R.C. Personal Trainer, he is currently obtaining a Personal Training certification through The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Sports and exercise have always been a large part of Ryan’s life. He became very involved in strength training in high school in order to improve his performance in soccer, tennis, and golf. Ryan continues to improve his physical condition and health through strength training and activities such as cycling. To Ryan, proper exercise and nutrition are the basics to leading a healthy and happy lifestyle.
