Mind over matter; before I started training with Cole I never fully appreciated the accuracy of this statement. Since training with Cole I have learned how to prepare my mind and attitude, in turn, getting the physical results that I desire. Cole’s training has given me the tools to approach exercise with a winning attitude. Before training with Cole I knew little about exercise, and I was very intimidated by the gym. But, Cole has helped me gain vast knowledge in fitness, and as a result my entire attitude toward physical fitness has been transformed. I am no longer scared of something I don’t understand. Exercise has become fun and I am experiencing success! Through training with Cole, I have also learned how to maintain a healthy diet. He has created a personalized diet plan for me, without the “diet” feel. Cole’s training has transformed my life by giving me the tools I need to succeed. Every training session with Cole is gratifying; I never feel judged and I am always encouraged. Cole’s dedication to his clients is what makes him the best.
