Jimmy Meyer

Jimmy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He holds a personal training certification through the Cooper Institute and also holds a Cross Fit Level 2 certification. He is also an enlisted member of the 136th airlift wing in the Texas Air National Guard. He has been in the military since 2006 and has been training in exercise and wellness for over 12 years. During this time, he has developed a passion for health and fitness and wants to change as many lives as possible. Jimmy has transformed his own physique through dedication, hard work, and most importantly, consistency! He strongly believes that fitness is a journey and not a destination, and that hard work pays off! Whether you want to lose body fat and become healthier, or see some serious gains in strength and muscle, Jimmy is looking forward to tailoring personalized workouts and helping you reach your fitness goals!

Rocky Cervantez - Nunez

Rocky is a new trainer at Texas Health and Racquet Club but has been a part of the THRC family since 2008. She is currently working on her CPT Cooper Institute Certification. Rocky is a mother of two boys and understands that fitness can slowly fall down the list of priorities in life. She is a firm believer that you can find a balance and enjoy the journey to overall health and fitness. Rocky has a passion for health and fitness and in her spare time enjoys pushing her limits to train for Figure Competitions. She has a genuine energy and commitment to helping each and every one of her clients reach their goals. Whether you are looking to lose body fat, build endurance, or build muscle, Rocky can tailor a program that will get you the results you want to reach your goals. Joel Schaffner

Joel is a graduate from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management. Joel obtained his physical training certification through the Cooper Institute. For over ten years and counting he remains involved in overall physical fitness by pushing his body and mind to the limit. What he enjoys most about personal training is keeping the clients motivated and inspired. Joel finds pleasure in helping people transform their physique through dedication and trust; his knowledge and guidance helps aid in this transformation. Joel keeps the belief that the decision to better oneself and to become a healthier individual has to be made by you first. He will tailor a workout and nutritional program for each individual to attain their highest possible goals. Whether your personal goals are to take a few inches off, or to build some serious muscle, Joel is very capable of doing it all; he has the knowledge and skill to take your body to the next level. Joel always instills the knowledge needed to aid in helping people live the healthiest lifestyle possible, and always reminds you when it comes to being fit, "It is not a trend, it is a lifestyle."

Josh Hiller

Josh is a graduate from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He switched from Pre-Physical Therapy to Exercise Science with the help of his friend; he discovered a passion for transforming the human body. It was then that he knew personal training was his calling. His drive to not only apply exercise and nutrition programming to his own life, but also to fully understand every aspect of human performance gives him the tools to change the lives of the people he works with. Along with his volunteer work in the Strength and Conditioning department at Texas State, Josh will continue his education through nationally recognized certifications and plans to have a long career full of success stories with people who are driven for change. Patrick Higgins

Patrick is a graduate from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Sports Science with extreme emphasis on health and kinesiology. Patrick holds a diverse fitness background, which includes 8 years of strength and conditioning training. He maintains his health level and physical fitness abilities by following his own personal workout regimen on a regular basis. While his training programs can prove to be nothing less than challenging, Patrick likes to maintain a fun and friendly environment for himself and his clients. He is capable of tailoring a workout for each and every individual based on their personal fitness capabilities, in effect producing the much sought after goals that a person is seeking. His degree, as well as his certification through the Cooper Institute enables him to provide clients with the reassurance that his knowledge and attitude towards health and fitness is well accredited.

Michelle Butler

Michelle has been a Certified National and International Personal Trainer since 1997. She is also certified in Indoor Cycle, Pilates and holds multiple National Certifications in other fitness programs. Michelle enjoys personal training at all different fitness levels including athletes, rehab clients, as well as weight reduction and lowering body fat for overall health and wellness. Michelle specializes in nutritional programs for her clients and is a Nationally Certified Bodybugg Practitioner. Michelle has a passion and true love for helping people reach their goals. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children and husband doing many different activities.
